Unless otherwise noted, any item purchased from Mad River Gear can be returned in new and unused condition, with all intact tags and packaging that may apply, for a full refund – minus any shipping charges. Returned item must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the delivery date that it was received. Determination of the condition of returned products is up to Mad River Gear and is final. Purchase price of accepted returns will be credited to the original purchasing method.
